Responsiblefor directing and mentoring on-site staff. The position requires businessmanagement acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational andtime management skills, as well as strong communication and client serviceskills.MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Practices implementation of Operation Zero and all Manhattan safety policiesAll qualities/responsibilities of a Project Manager 2, plus:Approves Submission of Change Order Requests to OwnersDevelops and manages Owner relationships.Review/ Approve Language of Trade ContractsApproves Subcontracts and Purchase OrdersManages the preconstruction process with Owners.Chairs the Preconstruction meetings with subcontractorsOversee Job Cost Budget SetupReview and Ensure Accuracy of Owner SOV/ Pay AppsManage Accounting Functions and BudgetPrepares the Schedule of Values or cost loading of the scheduleParticipate in the Change Management ProcessManagement of Change Management ProcessManages Field Accounting Procedures (Drafts, Timesheets, Hiring Practices, Certified Payroll)Prepare Master Schedule/Oversee Updates with the SuperintendentManage the Performance of the ProjectThorough understanding of the MCC Standards Procedures Manual, Quality Manual, and Safety Manual. Enforces all policies and rules on the project site.Completes projects; achieves bottom-line results; has drive and persistence; shows initiative. Is a Leader and Manager.Thorough understanding of Schedule Standards and Project SchedulingOversee Process of Master ScheduleLead for managing delays and the associated cost/time impactsOversee and Lead Construction Activities - complete projectManages Implementation of Project Staffing PlanOversight and Review of the project team's performanceSustainability/ LEED: Can effectively market as a positive MCC selling pointSubmits Personnel Action Forms (PAF) on terminated employees promptly to Human ResourcesReview and Ensure Accuracy of Project Reporting/Project Status ReportsProvides Management of QA QC program compliance on the jobEnsure a Fully Approved Owner Agreement through the MCC Risk Management PlatformResponsible for conducting themselves in accordance with our Guiding Principles and exhibiting attributes matching the Way We Work.Other duties as assigned
