Marketing & Photo Sample Coordinator

At AG, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality, with every stitch rooted in our passion for denim.AG Jeans is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing + Photo Sample Coordinator to oversee the tracking, organization, and movement of all seasonal samples across photo, marketing, and retail initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time—supporting e-commerce, editorial shoots, events, and in-store needs. This person will act as a central hub between cross-functional teams, managing a high volume of samples while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication throughout the process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, keeping complex processes running smoothly while supporting the creative and marketing engine of a modern denim brand.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack, organize, and manage 300+ seasonal samples across all categoriesCoordinate sample handoff to photo teams for e-commerce and editorial shoots, ensuring all assets are complete and on scheduleManage sample trafficking for marketing initiatives, including events, press, and giftingCoordinate sample sends to retail locations for mannequin styling and in-store presentationServe as liaison between Production, Product Development, and Design to procure and prioritize samples for shoots and marketing needsMaintain accurate records of sample status, location, and availability at all timesEnsure timely returns, organization, and upkeep of all samples between usesIdentify gaps or delays in sample readiness and proactively communicate solutionsQualifications1+ year of experience in a fashion, retail, or production environmentExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to manage a high volume of samples and shifting priorities in a fast-paced settingStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a sense of urgencyFamiliarity with sample tracking systems or inventory tools is a plus
