This role focuses on the analysis and interpretation of façade inspection data generated through Inspekt AI’s advanced drone and AI technology. The Façade Engineer will transform visual and thermal data into comprehensive technical assessments that support accurate maintenance planning and structural analysis.Job DescriptionAnalyze façade inspection data generated by Inspekt AI’s AI platform to identify, classify, and interpret structural and material conditions.Validate AI-detected defects and refine classifications based on engineering assessment and established inspection standards.Prepare comprehensive façade engineering reports highlighting structural integrity, deterioration patterns, and recommended maintenance actions.Interpret both visual and thermal imagery to detect issues such as moisture ingress and thermal bridging.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance defect detection accuracy, annotation guidelines, and façade repair typologies.Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across all deliverables while working remotely with an international, multidisciplinary team.Required Skills And Work ExperienceBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related fieldProfessional Civil Engineering (PRC) license or equivalent certification preferredExperience in façade inspection, condition assessment, or structural analysis and reportingStrong understanding of façade materials, deterioration mechanisms, and typical repair methodologies.Proficiency in interpreting image-based inspection data, including drone imagery and thermal scans is an advantage.Advanced analytical and technical writing skills for producing detailed engineering documentation.Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English for technical documentation and collaboration within an international team.Experience with CAD software and engineering simulation tools; familiarity with BIM is an advantageExperience collaborating remotely within distributed technical or engineering teams.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently in a remote environment.What We OfferA fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the PhilippinesCompetitive salary and benefits packageFlexible working hours to accommodate project needs and time differencesOpportunities for professional growth and development in a company at the forefront of AI-driven building inspection technology
