Training will be provided.Be able to pass a background check and drug screenMust be organized, reliable, and professionalMust be able to work independentlyHave strong communication and time management skillsMust be comfortable with heavy data entryMaintain a positive and friendly attitudeHave strong attention to detailMust be a self-starter and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment*Bilingual Preferred*Job Description:Processing onboarding paperwork and I-9 documentationReviewing applications and assessmentsAnswering and managing multi-line phone systemsAssisting with hiring eventsAdministering in-house drug screens and background checksCreating spreadsheets and recruiting flyersPerforming data entry and general office supportWill travel between offices and conduct check-ins.Starting Pay:$14.00 an hour.Schedule:Monday – Friday Hours will vary; must be open to 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, depending on the day.Overtime and weekends may be required as neededCandidates must also be flexible to work between two office locations as needed.
