We are looking for a Field Services Support Engineer who is responsible for providing end-to-end support for desktop systems, endpoint devices, and IT infrastructure to ensure high system availability and performance aligned with business requirements.Contract duration: 2 years (likely to extend)Work window: 4x5 (4 hours/day & 5 days/week)Location: Alpharetta GA, USAKey ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for desktops, laptops, and endpoint devices.Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, peripherals, and software.Deliver hands & feet support for hardware, software, and network activities.Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot system issues.Manage and update support tickets with progress and resolution details.Set up and test desktop peripherals like monitors, printers, and accessories.Execute system changes as per organizational policies.Conduct remote troubleshooting using standard tools.Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with IT teams.Handling Onboarding, Offboarding, Laptop upgrade, Laptop replacement tickets in ServiceNow.Creating shipping label for both Onboarding and Offboarding, To drop laptop in UPS to user.
