Job SummaryTalentWise LLC is building a pipeline of administrative and program support professionals to support anticipated government contract awards with Arlington County, VA.The Administrative Specialist provides advanced administrative and program coordination support for major programs, organizational units, or special projects. This role supports daily operations by coordinating workflows, tracking program activities, compiling data, and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders.The position plays a key role in ensuring efficient program operations, maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting and analysis, and serving as a primary point of contact for program-related activities.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and track program activities, assignments, and project timelinesDevelop and maintain program records, tracking systems, and documentationMonitor workflow and ensure adherence to program standards and deadlinesPrepare status reports, statistical summaries, and program documentationCompile and analyze data to support reporting, budgeting, and program evaluationIdentify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvementsServe as liaison between internal staff, vendors, contractors, and external agenciesCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and facilitate communication among stakeholdersMonitor contractor or program performance and report on progress and issuesProvide guidance on program procedures, policies, and requirementsSupport quality control efforts to ensure accuracy and complianceMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent requiredConsiderable experience in administrative support, program coordination, or project supportStrong knowledge of administrative procedures and program operationsAbility to analyze data and prepare reportsProficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in a government or program environment preferredEqual Employment Opportunity StatementTalentWise LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
