Cardiovascular Ultrasound Technologist We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Cardiovascular Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures to evaluate cardiovascular health, playing a key role in providing accurate diagnoses and supporting treatment plans. Position Overview: Cardiovascular Ultrasound Technologist Job Requirements: Registered by ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) as: RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist), or RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) Registered by CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) as: RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer), or RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist) required BLS (Basic Life Support) certification within 30 days of employment required ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification within 6 months of employment preferred Cardiovascular Ultrasound Technologist Key Responsibilities: Perform non-invasive diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including echocardiograms, stress tests, and other cardiovascular imaging exams. Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare providers to interpret ultrasound results for diagnosing conditions like heart disease, valve disorders, and blood flow abnormalities. Adjust equipment settings to ensure high-quality images based on patient size and condition. Prepare and educate patients before procedures to ensure comfort and understanding.
