Project Manager - Global Capability Center (GCC) Program- Remote

Job Title: Project Manager – Global Capability Center (GCC) ProgramLocation: United States (Hybrid; requires collaboration with global teams, including India)Reports To: Program Director / PMO Lead – GCC Transformation  Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Execution & DeliveryDevelop and manage detailed project plans aligned with GCC strategy and phased rollout(including 90-day execution plans)Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path across multipleRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)8–12+ years of experience in project/program management within large enterprisesU.S.-based experience working with global delivery models (onshore/offshore)Proven experience supporting GCC setup, shared services transformation, or global operatingmodel initiativesStrong familiarity with automotive, manufacturing, or industrial domain processesExperience managing cross-functional programs involving Engineering, IT, and OperationsExpertise in PMO governance, execution frameworks, and reportingProficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and advanced ExcelPreferred QualificationsDirect experience in automotive suppliers, OEMs, or industrial manufacturing organizationsExposure to engineering applications, PLM systems, lab environments, or product developmentworkflowsPMP, PgMP, or Agile certificationExperience with digital engineering platforms, cloud transformation, or enterprise systemmodernizationKey CompetenciesStrong execution and delivery mindsetDeep understanding of GCC and global delivery operating modelsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environmentsStructured problem-solving and analytical thinkingHigh ownership and accountabilitySuccess MetricsOn-time delivery of GCC program milestones and phasesEffective coordination between U.S. and global teamsQuality, accuracy, and timeliness of program reportingRisk mitigation and issue resolution effectivenessStakeholder alignment and satisfactionSuccessful transition and stabilization of GCC operations
