Position OverviewRoto-Versal Energy Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Warehouseman to support our Odessa shop operations. This role is critical to keeping field operations running efficiently by managing the flow of parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring equipment is properly staged for field technicians.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and qualityOrganize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locationsPick, pack, and prepare parts and equipment for outgoing shipments and field useMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and auditsCoordinate with shop personnel and field technicians to ensure timely parts availabilityStage materials and equipment for upcoming jobsOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (as needed)Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAssist with general shop and yard organization as neededQualificationsPrevious experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory controlStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyGood communication skills with both shop and field personnelBasic computer skills (inventory systems, email, etc.)Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)Experience in oil & gas, mechanical services, or industrial environment preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and move materials up to 50+ lbsAbility to stand, walk, and work in a shop/yard environment for extended periodsComfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsWhy Roto-VersalCompetitive payFull benefits packageStable and growing companyStrong team culture focused on quality and safety
