Warehouse Coordinator 2Under the supervision of the SCM Distribution and Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator 2 is responsible for the receipt, storage, security, and issuance of materials and supplies from operating inventory. This position ensures all inventory transactions are accurately recorded and supports physical inventory processes.The role includes coordinating with operations teams to manage inventory levels, conducting routine audits, and ensuring materials are available to support field operations. The Warehouse Coordinator 2 plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, minimizing loss, and supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations.Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Knowledge of well-servicing and drilling materials and equipmentWorking knowledge of inventory control practices and principlesStrong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and documentationAbility to operate inventory control systemsAbility to receive, verify, and document incoming shipmentsAbility to conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepanciesAbility to safely operate warehouse equipment and maintain secure inventory areasStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesEffective communication skills and ability to work with operations teamsMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED3 years of warehouse, inventory, or supply chain experienceForklift certification requiredAbility to perform physical labor in a warehouse environmentPreferred CertificationsAdditional certifications related to inventory management or warehouse operationsAdditional Details (Working Conditions & Physical Demands)Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Medium work: frequent physical activity including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Work performed both indoors and outdoors. Exposure to varying environmental conditions including noise, dust, fumes, and temperature changes. Potential exposure to moving machinery, vehicles, and other operational hazards. Requires repetitive hand movements, reaching, bending, and climbing. Extended shifts may be required.
