Additionally, we facilitate collaboration between our providers and clinical leadership through 1:1 consultations, as well as encourage interaction among colleagues through internal communication forums.Measurement-Based Care: Our technology measures symptoms, adherence, and side effects weekly through the active treatment phase and automatically triggers treatment reviews if patients are not improving. Our providers use the latest tools, including a custom-built practice management EMR, and clinical decision support, all truly designed to be easy to use.Benefits:100% remote, telehealth position1099 contract agreementAutonomy to create your own scheduleNo on-call or after-hours workCollaborating psychiatrists covered for all psychiatric nurse practitioners (nationwide)Malpractice insurance coveredOngoing collaboration and camaraderie with other Brightside providersWe do not prescribe controlled substancesState-of-the-art tools and customizable EMR, integrated with artificial intelligence to prompt check-ins, follow-ups, and much more with your patientsResponsibilities:Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal lawsHave excellent grammar, attention to detail, and proficient at writing medical information at a patient levelMust be technology savvy and excited about how technology can improve medical careBe pleasant, responsive, and willing to collaborate with our teamProvide direct patient care via telemedicine (remote); including synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messagingConsistently responsive to clinical leadership team and highly reliable to our membersEvaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication-related counseling as needed in a timely mannerSuccessful completion of charting within 48 hours of sessionSupport a 72-hour messaging response window for patientsRequirements:Active and clear APRN licenseLicensed Nurse Practitioner - Certified in Psychiatric & Mental Health (PMHNP Required)At least 2 years of autonomous experience practicing as a PMHNP, post-graduatePrevious experience working in an outpatient settingTelehealth experience and a high comfort level of working with technologyMust be licensed in 4+ states (the more the merrier)8+ hours of availability per weekExperience working with adolescents is strongly preferredOpted in to Medicare/Medicaid
