This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing schedules, and tracking progress using appropriate tools and metrics. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and support inspection and logistics-related activities when required. This role also involves preparing status reports, facilitating meetings, resolving operational issues, and continuously improving project workflows and communication processes.Qualifications:Strong project management skills, including experience with Project Management methodologies and tools, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget.Proficiency in expediting and Expeditor-related tasks, with the ability to prioritize activities, accelerate critical tasks, and remove bottlenecks to keep projects on track.Experience with Inspection processes and quality control, ensuring deliverables meet agreed standards and compliance requirements.Skills in Logistics Management and coordination of materials, resources, and timelines to support smooth project execution.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on problem-solving and risk management.Previous experience in a project management or operations-focused role; familiarity with industry-standard project management software is beneficial.
