We’re looking for a Certified Arborist to join our dynamic team in Boise, Idaho. If you're experienced in proper tree pruning, rigging and general tree crew operation, this is the opportunity for you! What You’ll Do: Perform expert tree pruning, removal, and stump grinding Assist with groundwork, including preparing and maintaining job sites Provide cleanup after each job, ensuring the area is safe and tidy Support the rigging and lowering of large material Operate chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and climbing gear (if certified) Collaborate with team members to ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently What We’re Looking For: ISA Certified Arborist (or willingness to obtain certification within 1 year) 2+ years of experience in tree pruning and rigging Experience with tree climbing and/or operating aerial lifts (preferred) Valid driver’s license a must Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various outdoor conditions A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail Team player with great communication skills What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage (depending on experience) Paid personal days and holidays after 90 days.
