Territory Manager

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta and Charleston. You will be selling Janitorial services and other facility management services. This is a field-based B2B outside sales role responsible for driving new business, building long-term relationships, and growing our footprint in a defined geographic territory. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality, capable of prospecting, engaging, and closing deals face-to-face with facility managers, property owners, and decision-makers.Over 80% of your time will be spent in the field meeting prospects, visiting client locations, and building rapport through in-person interactions. You will also manage an active pipeline of prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and networking efforts. This is an individual contributor role reporting to owner.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development:Identify and target prospective clients within your assigned territory (commercial buildings, property managers, industrial, manufacturing, schools, healthcare facilities, etc.).Conduct door-to-door prospecting, in-person walk-ins, and cold calls to initiate conversations and schedule meetings.Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound sales activities and local networking.Sales Process Execution:Conduct face-to-face discovery meetings to understand client needs and tailor janitorial service solutions accordingly.Create and deliver customized proposals, bids, and pricing presentations.Negotiate contract terms, handle objections, and close sales.Conduct smooth handoff after sale to operations team for managementQualificationsMin 2 years outside salesMust reside in the Atlanta Metro Area or Charleston, SC metro New Grads welcome to apply
