What You’ll DoManage and prioritize technician schedules, tasks and quotas to efficiently meet customer needsDispatch orders, messages, and special instructions to technicians and other departmentsTrack work status, provide updates, and escalate issues as necessaryCreate, manage, and close tickets while updating logs as neededHandle and process data from multiple sources Create maps, upload permits, and handle related documentationKeep records of service calls and work ordersMonitor and respond to customer and technician communications to resolve scheduling or service conflictsOther duties as assignedWhat You’ll NeedTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyHigh School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experienceAt least one year of previous dispatch experience is preferredStrong written and oral communication skillsBasic computer skills is preferredPhysical Abilities & ExposuresRoutinely: use keyboard & mouseOccasionally: climb stairs, stand, walk and operate vehicleWhy grow your career with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
