Program Manager, Manufacturing Operations
Overview
In this role you will lead cross-functional programs to improve operational efficiency, enable scalable growth, and advance our automotive/manufacturing-focused operations. You will partner with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success to implement improvements and measure outcomes. You will develop plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery while promoting lean practices. Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, operations, or supply chainProven ability to lead large-scale cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience managing budgets, timelines, and project scopeWillingness to travel up to 25%strong communicationcross-functional collaborationanalytical thinkingERP systemssupply chain platformsoperational analytics tools
