This role offers a mix of clinic and inpatient responsibilities while working alongside an established cardiothoracic surgery team. Position Overview • Start: As soon as credentialed • Assignment Length: Through July 2026 • Schedule: Monday – Friday • Hours: 7: 00 AM – 4: 30 PM • Setting: Clinic Hospital Practice Details • Rounding on cardiothoracic surgery inpatients • Seeing 10– 14 clinic patients per day • Collaborative team environment including: • 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons • APP support • RN and LPN clinic staff Responsibilities • Post- operative and inpatient cardiothoracic care • Clinic follow- ups and patient evaluations • Coordinating care with cardiothoracic surgery team • Supporting surgical patient management and recovery ✔ Requirements • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant • Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery experience required • Comfortable managing both clinic and inpatient CT surgery patients ⭐ Ideal for an experienced CT Surgery APP looking for a longer- term locum assignment with a collaborative surgical team.
