Desktop Support Technician
Growing and stable company has an immediate need for a IT Support Technician to focus on primarily hardware support, including HP, Dell, and iPhones. In this role, you will join a growing company with a reputation for long-tenured, happy employees! This role is FIVE DAYS in the office, and the schedule is 8:30am to 5:30pm EST.What's in it for you:Be a part of a well-equipped team Device Support Techs.Work in a VERY stable industry.Responsibilities:-IT support and deployment for devices - iPads, iPhones, Desktops, and Laptops.-Installing, updating and repairing hardware and software as needed.-Support and deploy-Escalating issues as needed using a ticket system.Requirements:-Great customer service and relationship skills. Ability to handle moderate to high call volume each day.-2+ years’ IT support experience with iPads, iPhones, Desktops and Laptops.-Pass Drug and Background Check.-Personal vehicle to go in the office five days a week.
