This is a unique opportunity to shape and contribute to a thriving department, while gaining exposure to a variety of high-profile clients. Our firm specializes in working with local music artists (well known and up & comers), and the local entertainment venues. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients. This position offers excellent opportunities for leadership and career advancement to the right candidate. We are open to hiring at any level and will adjust the title and salary accordingly.Responsibilities:1. Manage and coordinate tax audits.2. Prepare and review tax returns for Individuals (1040), Corporations (1120), S Corporations (1120S), Partnerships (1065), and Trust & Estates (1041).3. Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations.4. Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.5. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.6.
