BLC Operator 3rd shift

BLC Operator Shift: 11pm - 7:15am Sun- Thurs Location: Fairfield, OH Pay Rate: $18.25Material Handling and Inventory Management: The BLC Operator is responsible for managing the flow of materials through tasks like reservation requests, replenishments, put-aways, and bin transfers. They ensure accurate inventory transactions using SAP and RF scanners.Operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE): A primary duty is to safely operate a wide range of MHE, including Tuggers, Dock Stockers, Scissor Lifts, Reach Trucks, Turret Trucks, and Order Pickers, to efficiently move and stage materials.Safety and Compliance: The operator must maintain a safe work environment by following all safety policies, wearing required PPE, reporting hazards, and conducting daily MHE inspections. They are also required to complete monthly safety training.Fulfilling Production Needs: This role involves executing reservation picking and dynamic Kanban picks to ensure materials are delivered to production and warehouse areas on time.Accuracy and Problem-Solving: The operator must be meticulous in their work, identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies or material shortages to leadership. They are also responsible for accurately processing transfer orders and other transactions.Teamwork and Workplace Standards: The role requires a strong commitment to teamwork and adherence to company standards. This includes maintaining a clean and organized work area using 6S principles and being flexible to work overtime as needed.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.25 - $18.25
