The Contracts Specialist is responsible for working with internal and external business clients on negotiations, closings and execution of such contracts; ensuring accurate and complete recording of contracts and contract terms in Salesforce and Conga CLM; and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls for all transactions.Tasks and ResponsibilitiesGenerates documents and drafts all transactional and maintenance documents for the fractional program, which may include unique language as necessary to accurately depict transactions as requested by Sales Vice Presidents utilizing the internal processes and procedures identified.Collaborates with assigned Sales Teams, as well as internal and external partners (Legal, Revenue Operations, Finance, Owner Services, Marketing, FAA Counsel, and others as necessary) to represent the Company and the Program. Ensures all transactions are completed in a timely, effective, accurate manner and provides an exceptional contracting experience for Owners during every phase of the contract life-cycle.Represents NetJets in all Owner contract negotiations for assigned transactions with assistance from Legal or Supervisor/Manager as required.Accurately tracks status of all transactions assigned using the prescribed systems (Conga CLM) as required by Management, ensuring timely follow-up and follow-through.Provides support and lends expertise to assigned Sales Teams, as well as internal and external partners (Legal, Revenue Operations, Finance, Owner Services, Marketing, FAA Counsel and others as necessary) by providing general and owner specific contractual details.
