Senior Dotnet Developer
Role OverviewA senior-level backend engineer specializing in high‑concurrency .NET services, event‑driven architectures, and cloud‑native microservices. This role focuses on building scalable, resilient, and observable distributed systems using C#, Azure, and containerized workloads.Core Technical CompetenciesMultithreading, Asynchronous & Event‑Driven Programming (C#)Deep proficiency with async/await, Task Parallel Library (TPL), Channels, BackgroundService, and synchronization primitives.Experience designing high‑throughput, non‑blocking pipelines capable of handling large numbers of concurrent sessions.Strong understanding of event‑driven patterns using Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, or in‑process mediators.Ability to diagnose and resolve concurrency issues such as deadlocks, thread starvation, and race conditions.Container Apps DevelopmentSkilled in containerizing .NET applications using Docker, including multi‑stage builds and health checks.Experience deploying and scaling microservices in container orchestration environments such as Azure Container Apps or AKS.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated image builds, vulnerability scanning, and deployment workflows.Azure — ACA/AKS, Log Analytics, App InsightsHands‑on experience deploying .NET workloads to Azure Container Apps or AKS with autoscaling (KEDA/HPA).Proficient in instrumenting applications with Application Insights for distributed tracing and custom telemetry.Strong understanding of structured logging using Serilog/ILogger and querying logs with KQL in Log Analytics.Nice to Have SkillsAvaya Telephony IntegrationUnderstanding of CTI concepts including SIP/RTP, call control, and agent state management.Experience integrating with Avaya APIs for call events and live audio capture.AI Speech ServicesFamiliarity with Azure Speech SDK for C#, including streaming recognition, partial/final result handling, and connection lifecycle management.Audio API & Real‑Time StreamingExperience working with raw audio buffers (PCM, G.711) and building low‑latency audio pipelines.Knowledge of WebSocket or gRPC bidirectional streaming for real‑time audio processing.Python DevelopmentSecondary skill for scripting, ML prototyping, automation, or data analysis tasks.Additional Details:Pay: $65/hrLocation: Charlotte, NCHybrid position (4 days/week on site)12 month W2 contract (with potential for extension or conversion)W2 Only - We are unable to provide sponsorship currently (US Citizen & GC holder only)Eight Eleven Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
