Join us and help create communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.As an Architectural Project Manager, you will work in conjunction with the development team, builders and property managers, as well as a wide range of topic-based experts. Salary: $70k-$90k/year.Our ideal team member will have 5 – 8 years of professional working experience with at least 2 years at the PM level. He/She will have experience in multi-family housing, be self-motivated, have good leadership skills and most importantly, have a passion for providing families with affordable housing options.Requirements:Bachelor degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology required5-8 years of work experience with 2 years of project managementMulti-family housing - any experience with low income housing, LIHTC would be plusFluency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative SuiteKnowledge of building codes and accessibility design requirementsAbility to manage a project from start to finishJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate preliminary, conceptual designs including site plan, building layouts, elevations, and amenitiesResearch and application of zoning codes including city, county, and state requirementsActuate the plan review process through the acquisition of building permitsEnsure project construction complies with building plans, project deadlines, and budgetCommunicate effectively between the development team, project consultant teams, and construction teamsAbility to travel to client sites 1-3 times per month - Mostly same day or overnight trips.The total compensation includes a generous salary based on your experience level, substantial bonus opportunities and a well-rounded benefits package.Company DescriptionAMG is a full service engineering consulting firm that provides a broad range of design and construction support services to various chemical processing, manufacturing facilities and heavy industrial segments.
