Senior Sales Executive- Buy Side

OverviewDuco services some of the world's largest financial institutions globally. We are looking for a seasoned senior sales hunter to help us uncover and land new logos across North American sell-side institutions such as banks, brokers and exchanges.You will join a talented and highly motivated team of more than 200 Duco professionals across the US, UK, Europe and APAC. You will be organised, self-motivated, talented at cultivating long-lasting business relations, and confident engaging with C-level / senior executives. You should also have a strong understanding of the capital markets landscape, allowing you to successfully develop and execute on the regional sales strategy.You will be targeting and working with some of the world's most demanding firms, therefore strong negotiation skills and extensive experience in closing large scale enterprise agreements is a must.Primary ResponsibilitiesDeveloping a territory comprised of US and Canadian sell-side institutions, and systematically working through the market to source and win new opportunitiesCreating account plans, performing organization mappings and implementing sales strategies which support Duco's business objectivesDeveloping and maintaining a network of contacts and keeping up a rolling pipeline of 4-5 times your sales targetEfficiently managing and updating your sales pipeline and MEDDPICC information using Salesforce and other available toolsAccurate forecasting for your opportunities and designated territoryProposing new strategies and tactics to prospect and close new sales opportunitiesWorking in conjunction with the Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success and other functional teams in order to successfully scope opportunities, complete RFI / RFP documents, conduct POCs/POVs, and deliver Duco solutions to prospective customersWe are looking for someone with7+ years experience in technology sales with a majority of that in capital markets or financial services technologyA demonstrable track record of success in solutions selling to complex organisationsUnderstanding of the wholesale banking and brokerage landscape as well as key technology and operations vendorsMastery of sales pipeline creation, opportunity management and closing experience leveraging sales methodologies such as MEDDPICCThe ability to listen carefully, understand customer needs, influence key stakeholders and align towards the same vision internally and externallyGreat presentation, communication and negotiation skillsNice to have2+ years experience in enterprise salesA strong network in financial services including at the senior management and/or executive levelSubject matter expertise in financial services middle and back office functions and use casesUnderstanding of relevant financial market regulationsBenefitsAn annual base salary between $140,000 and $180,000 based on experience and qualificationsCommission schedule with accelerators and unlimited upsideHealthcare insurance (UHC) with one fully-paid HDHP401(k) Retirement Plan with 4% matchUnlimited annual holiday, because we trust our people to manage their own time offEnhanced family leaveEmployee Assistance ProgrammeCommuter benefit4 Volunteering days offHybrid working policy (3 days per week in office)Home working allowanceOpportunity to work abroad for up to 6 weeks per yearPersonal learning and development opportunitiesReferral bonus if we hire someone great who you've recommended to usSpot RewardsEmployee of the Month and Employee of the Year awards#J-18808-Ljbffr
