Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Need localsClient interviews are mandatory in person at the Plano, Texas Office.Onsite five days a week.Support the lead developer with code writing, updates, and modificationsProvide technical support to users of automation tools and platformsPerform quality assurance, troubleshooting, and software development for automation solutions used in automotive multimedia head unitsInvestigate issues, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutionsCollaborate with stakeholders to improve tools, workflows, and overall productivityContribute to the maintenance and enhancement of automation systems and related applicationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the automation workspaceKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; Python, Agile, Automation platform.7+ years of experience in Python scriptingWorking experience with Agile methodologyStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and solve issues in a timely mannerProactive mindset with a focus on improving tools, processes, and work environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with relevant stakeholdersOur client is a leader IT Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
