Sales Manager

Job Roles and Responsibilities Manage and lead sales activities across assigned regions and territories.Develop and implement sales strategies, forecasts, and annual sales targets.Maintain and grow sales volume, product mix, and pricing strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target accounts.Coordinate with engineering and purchasing teams to support customer needs.Monitor market trends, supply and demand, and competitor activities.Conduct sales forecasting and provide insights to management.Deliver technical presentations and seminars to customers.Participate in quarterly reviews and adjust sales strategies as needed.Provide market feedback to support product development and marketing initiatives.Qualifications and Certifications Minimum 2 year technical education or equivalent experience.Knowledge of electronic components and related technologies.Ability to work with high-performance systems such as aerospace and power electronics.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to travel as required.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Benefits Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time OffRetirement PlanProfessional Development OpportunitiesCareer Growth Opportunities
