Facility is seeking CRNA to join team - Opportunity to practice independently with an all CRNA group in a critical access hospital - Anesthesia team has a great rapport with surgeons and hospitalists, making for a very pleasant work environment. - Three OR?s and two endo rooms. - No hearts/heads/vascular - Very few pediatrics, healthy ENT, General, Ortho, podiatry, urology - Must be comfortable practicing independently. - Comfort with epidurals is a must - Competitive base compensation with time and a half for hours worked on call. - Call is 1:4 Call can be taken from home if within 15 minutes of hospital. Otherwise, in house. - Great benefits with employer match for 403B. - Experience with spinals and nerve blocks a plus but willing to train.
