Maintenance Supervisor

Our firm is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who is capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment ensuring staff can complete tasks while utilizing company equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor must have previous building maintenance experience and be able to lead and manage a group of individuals who are responsible for daily tasks such as responding to maintenance requests and schedule vendors. Responsibilities: Organize and supervise construction and maintenance workers. Supervise and schedule workers and resources to complete maintenance tasks. Inspect work sites and equipment to ensure safety standards are met. Manage a team of technicians, laborers, and other personnel to help with the maintenance of buildings, grounds, vehicles, equipment, tools, facilities, and other facilities. Manage the budget for a team of workers and a list of projects. Be able to create long-term plans for future maintenance projects.
