Sewing Machine Operator (Patch Application)

Griwolfe is a custom apparel and hat manufacturer specializing in direct embroidery and patch work. We're hiring an experienced Sewing Machine Operator to sew patches onto our caps and apparel with precision. Full-time and part-time available. What You'll Do - Align patches accurately on caps and apparel — placement matters as much as the stitch - Operate industrial sewing machines to sew patches cleanly and consistently - Inspect finished work against design proofs and spec - Keep your station clean and machines ready to run What We're Looking For - 2+ years operating industrial sewing machines - Sharp attention to detail — you can spot a crooked patch from across the room - Clean, consistent stitching across fabric types - Able to read design proofs and work orders - Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs You'll spend the first weeks getting up to speed on our machines, workflow, and quality standards — then run production independently.
