Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and office support
Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage communications
Maintain office organization and order supplies
Handle mail, shipments, and vendor coordination
Prepare workspaces and materials for new hires
Assist with reports, office events, and special projects
Qualifications:
2+ years of office or administrative support experience
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Professional, customer-focused approach
High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Employment Type: 3 month contract
Compensation: $22/hr.
Location: Irving, TX 75063
