Door Skin Pre-Finish Quality Control

Lynden Door - 2077 Main Street, Lynden, Wa 98264Join our collaborative team in our production department, where you’ll support the door skin paint and gloss line. In this role, you’ll load door skins onto a conveyor and perform quality checks at the end of the process to ensure finish standards are met. Our team members rotate tasks every 2–3 hours to keep work fresh, engaging, and build well-rounded skills.While manufacturing or paint line experience is helpful, it’s not required — we provide hands-on training to set you up for success. A willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a coachable mindset are what matter most. This role requires someone detail-oriented with a good eye for surface quality and consistency. Entry-level candidates start at $20.00; former employees may be eligible for a higher starting rate.
