You’ll work with a small, close-knit crew to clean and maintain our glue machines nightly, helping ensure a clean and safe manufacturing environment. We offer steady hours, a supportive workplace, and competitive pay and benefits.What You’ll Do Perform nightly cleaning of glue machines and surrounding areas Follow all safety protocols and company procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Maintain a clean and organized work area Work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Operate or be willing to learn forklift operations (a plus) Apply knowledge of 5S systems (a plus)What We’re Looking For Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Quick learner with the ability to manage responsibilities effectively Respectful, team-oriented mindset Strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness Ability to work the night shift Monday–Friday (7:45 PM – 4:30 AM), with overtime as neededCompensation & Benefits Wage: $22.25 per hour (Base pay $20.00 Plus a shift premium of $2.25) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions 401(k) with company profit-sharing (401k eligible after 90 days; profit share after 1 calendar year) 8 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days) Paid Time Off (PTO) – accrues at 2 weeks/year to start; eligible after 90 days Career development and advancement opportunitiesWhy Work With Us?Lynden Door is a family-owned company and one of North America’s leading manufacturers of interior wood doors.
