This is a customer-facing role and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements.Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) for this employment position.What You'll DoProvide oversight and direction on customer engagements, steering the project team and owning senior customer relationships and escalationsBuild customer relationships and own business development pursuits including organic growth/selling through delivery, proposals and RFPs, and SOW developmentPrepare customers to adopt Veeva AI solutions in their content operating model and business processes, focusing on efficiency and productivity gainsMLR transformation efforts including operating model, tier‐based review, and optimization of Veeva product capabilitiesBuild an operating model for global‐to‐local content reuseHone Digital Asset Management (DAM) processes and bring Modular Content adoption to the Life Sciences industryEstablish metadata governance and content standardsPrepare for the FDA's Requirement on Electronic SubmissionsSet the strategic direction and define key performance indicators for increased efficiency throughout the content end‐to‐end digital supply chainDevelop content analytics dashboards and identify insights on content effectivenessDevelop and Deliver comprehensive change management programs in support of the rollout of PromoMats/MedComms or new functionalities within eachRequirements10+ years of experience within a management consulting firm or marketing agencyExperience with business development, scoping, and managing senior client relationshipsBackground and industry experience within the commercialized product or brand domain landscape preferredStrong track record of experience delivering client advisory engagementsCore management consulting skills, including: workshop facilitation, client presentations, project management, change management, and ability to develop structured approaches/methodologies to business problemsStrong analytical and problem‐solving skills and excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to travel roughly 25% but this can vary depending on engagementExperience working with a content management system; preferably, Veeva Vault PromoMats or MedCommsBachelor's degree is requiredPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $120,000 - $250,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
