Registered Nurse (RN) | Oncology Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,354 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Oncology RN in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63104! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BCLS, ACLS preferred, ONS biotherapy certification or ONS immunotherapy certification Must-Have: Must have experience with Bone Marrow Transplant. EKG exam required. Epic experience required. Float ability to care for MS and MS/Tele patients. Every other weekend required. Description: Candidates must have either an ONS biotherapy certification or an ONS immunotherapy certification. Experience in a Med/Surg, Oncology, Telemetry, or Progressive High unit is required. The nurse will care for patients with diagnoses including hematology/oncology, oncology, bone marrow transplant, and medical/surgical conditions. BCLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred. Responsibilities include monitoring chemotherapy, administering chemotherapy, and handling body fluids post-chemotherapy. Knowledge of isolation precautions and neutropenic precautions is essential. Candidates must have experience in accessing and managing ports. The patient ratios may range from 4-5 patients per nurse. Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams. Candidates must comply with OSHA Respirator Clearance requirements and fit-testing protocols. Failure to comply with fit-testing requirements will result in cancellation of the contract.
