Please note that this position will be located in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop client relationships in Community Association Law, Eminent Domain, Litigation, Real Property, and Bankruptcy. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic legal professional looking to take the next step in their career.Job Responsibilities:Manage complex civil litigation and transactional matters related to:Community Association (HOA/COA) disputes and governanceEminent Domain and inverse condemnation proceedingsReal property transactions, boundary/title disputes, and land use issuesCommercial and residential foreclosure actions and bankruptcy filingsProvide high-level legal counsel and strategy to a diverse client base, including homeowners' associations, property owners, developers, and governmental entitiesCollaborate with other partners to set strategic goals and drive firm growthMaintain and grow a substantial client base, with expectations of business development and cross-selling firm servicesParticipate in firm governance, management meetings, and marketing effortsJob Requirements:J.D. from an accredited law school; active and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar or nearing graduationMinimum of 2 years of experience as a law clerk or externshipStrong knowledge of state and federal laws related to real property, community associations, and bankruptcyProven ability to originate and manage significant client relationshipsExceptional written, oral, and analytical skillsExperience with alternative dispute resolution and courtroom litigationIf you're qualified and interested in this great opportunity, please apply now!
