Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet user and business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Compensation: $65,000–$105,000 annually, dependent on experience. Location: Remote/Work From Home.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate project requirements and assess feasibility within time and cost constraintsDesign, develop, and maintain software applications based on user specificationsModify and enhance existing software to improve performance and resolve issuesSupport and participate in software testing, validation, and quality assurance processesAssist with software deployment and ensure applications operate within established specificationsGather and analyze user feedback to improve functionality and user experienceDesign and maintain databases for specific application needsDetermine system performance standards and recommend appropriate hardware configurationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including systems analysts, engineers, and developersProvide guidance on software maintenance and best practicesPerform other related duties as assignedQualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsProven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlinesExtensive knowledge of programming languages and development frameworksAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new technologiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related toolsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required5+ years of experience in software development or engineering preferredAmericor is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
