Job DescriptionSalinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at the Nancy Ausonio Mammography Center.About the Role:In this role, you'll perform screening and diagnostic mammography and bone density exams while working closely with radiologists and a supportive imaging leadership team. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality women's imaging services in accordance with ACR and MQSA standards, with a strong focus on patient comfort, safety, and accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Perform mammography and bone density examsAssist radiologists with procedures such as needle localization and biopsiesEnsure image quality, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standardsProvide compassionate, patient-centered careParticipate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activitiesWhat We're Looking For:ARRT (R)(M) and current CRT (or ability to obtain)BLS certificationMammography experience preferredStrong communication skills and a patient-first mindsetWhy Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System:Salinas Valley Memorial is a trusted, community-focused healthcare system serving California's Central Coast.
