Learn more about this agency Help DutiesManages the planning and creation of content related to recruitment through social media programs such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.Serves as a virtual recruiting expert, developing modern and engaging content to support the agency’s effort to market DLA careers and reach a diverse candidate population utilizing a variety of social networks.Measures, analyzes, and reports on performance of the social media activities deriving actionable insights to improve performance, increase awareness, and interest to join DLA among core audiences.Develops analytical reports designed to measure utilization of web application resources with recruitment of difficult to fill positions.Ensures information is releasable within the guidelines of DoD and DLA regulations and policy, as well as operational security. To Qualify At The GS-13 Level, Applicants Must Possess One Year Of Specialized Experience Equivalent To The GS-12 Level Or Equivalent Under Other Pay Systems In The Federal Service, Military, Or Private Sector. Applicants Must Meet Eligibility Requirements Including Time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) Positions Only), Time-after-competitive Appointment, Minimum Qualifications, And Any Other Regulatory Requirements By The Cut-off/closing Date Of The Announcement. Examples Of Creditable Specialized Experience Includes:Developing digital strategy and campaign plans for social media platforms by using marketing techniques for digital recruitment. Crafting and designing consistent marketing and social media content to attract and engage a variety of audiences. Analyzing and interpreting data from analytical tools and dashboards to track impacts related to recruiting success. Collecting, developing, and presenting data to leadership on recruiting issues or necessary marketing or social media changes.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
