These accolades highlight our dedication to being a leading brand in the beauty industry and an exceptional workplace.  What You’ll Be Working On  Wholesale Account Leadership and Relationship-BuildingPartner with Director in management of key account business for Sol de Janeiro and build strong, collaborative relationship with retailer teams and internal cross-functional partners. Sales Reporting and AnalysisPartner with Director on weekly sales reporting and communication, identifying opportunities, amplifying successes, tracking rankings, providing key highlights etc.Collect, aggregate, and synthesize retailer reporting and consumer data to outline opportunity. Core and Launch Strategic Assortment SupportCreate and update launch and assortment templates and trackers.Own omni assortment set-up with retailer including sku attribution and updates, online ppage set-up, pricing set up and changes, samples, planogram schematics, logistic information, etc.Own execution of brand activations at retailerIn partnership with marketing team and Director, develop and manage sampling and gwp assortment for retailer.Visual MerchandisingSupport Director, visual merchandising, marketing, and retailer teams to execute instore visual merchandising deliverables including design, planograms, timelines, (endcaps/towers/gondola) and corresponding inventory planning and support.Must Haves:Bachelor’s degree required minimum.3+ years in Sales/Account Management, Category Management or Retail Management.Ability to go into our NYC office as needed. Experience working in beauty industry is preferred. PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite); Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Ability to work with data from multiple sources and interpret the data to provide actionable conclusions.Strong analytical ability; attention to detail and organizational/time management skills.Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders.Desire to work in a strong team environment.
