Our stylists love to share tips and tricks with one another and help each other grow individually as well as a team. Our management team is focused on helping you achieve your career goals. Requirements: Must have a California Esthetician or Cosmetology License Must be responsible and prompt Must have a passion for eyelashes Must be able to handmake fans Must be able to provide clear and concise communication with guests Responsibility: Greeting and interacting with customers Check in and check out process Provide quality services to customers Help with keeping salon compliant with state board regulations Educate and recommend exclusive LashBar™ aftercare products to guest Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2,900.00 - $6,000.00 per month Benefits: 401(k) Employee discount Flexible schedule Free parking Professional development assistance Application Question(s): What technique do you use to make your fans? We are currently looking for experienced stylists that are able to handmake their own fans. Are you looking for a full-time job? Our current scheduling needs are: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (9:15 AM to 6:15 PM) & Saturday (8:15 AM to 4:30 PM) or if you prefer a 5-day work week: Monday, Wednesday – Friday (9:15 AM – 6:15 PM) & Saturday (8:15 AM – 4:30 PM) Temporary first month schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (9:15 AM – 6:15 PM) & Saturday (8:15 AM – 4:30 PM) License/Certification: Cosmetology License (Preferred) Esthetician License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
