Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulationsCommunicate clearly and professionally with all levels of the organizationAssist Associates with resolving time-sensitive confidential matters.Facilitate Front Line Leadership and Associate trainingsSupport and serve as a role model for MEI’s KPI’s of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale and EnvironmentDemonstrate timely, informed decisions by utilizing Gemba practices and data analyticsSchedule, coordinate and facilitate department Associate Engagement activitiesMaintain accurate and complete personnel filesMaintain a customer service focus, ensuring and protecting our customer’s best interestSupport business plan goals; develop and monitor tasks to ensure goals are achievedDevelop strong business partnerships with HR team, Production Leadership teams, and AssociatesProactively identify gaps and inefficiencies in policies and processes to recommend continuous improvement initiatives to foster an Associate-friendly workplace cultureGuide leaders and Associates regarding Company policies, core values, and HR programs to ensure fair and consistent treatment for all AssociatesMonthly/Weekly reporting and presentations of SQCDMEResourcefully manage simultaneous projects with conflicting prioritiesMaintains highest level of confidentiality of sensitive information Act as a role model for all associates and adhere to the company core valuesRespect for the individual – Promote harmony and consensus.
