Window Service Technician

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Service Technician to join our team! This role involves staining, sealing, and servicing window frames to ensure a high-quality finish and long-lasting durability. Our commitment to excellence begins with a free in-home consultation and extends to the custom creation of energy-efficient composite windows, culminating in their professional installation for optimal performance.Key Responsibilities:Perform on-site staining and sealing of wood window frames, sashes, and trim.Conduct routine maintenance and service on installed windows, including adjustments, repairs, and refinishing.Inspect windows for damage, wear, or finish issues and recommend appropriate solutions.Inspect and gather service parts and pieces, maintaining an organized inventory.Keep your service vehicle properly stocked with necessary service parts.Ensure timely closeout of services to maintain customer satisfaction.Communicate professionally with customers and team members to ensure expectations are met.Maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to company safety standards.Why Join Us?
