Job Description About the Role We're looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Facilities Team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining comfort, safety, and operational continuity across the property. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and capable of diagnosing and repairing a wide range of HVAC and mechanical systems in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including VAVs, heat pumps, exhaust fans, and air handlers Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system performance checks Diagnose issues with refrigeration, electrical components, motors, compressors, and controls Monitor and adjust building automation systems (BAS/BMS) Maintain accurate logs, service records, and compliance documentation Respond promptly to service calls, alarms, and equipment failures Ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and company standards Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience in commercial or industrial environments Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical troubleshooting, and airflow diagnostics Familiarity with BAS/BMS platforms Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Ability to work in mechanical spaces, rooftops, and hot/cold environments.
