Executive Assistant, Construction
The Fix Construction is a full-service design and build construction firm located in East Hollywood, Los Angeles with a focus on creating beautiful spaces for people to live. The Fix is a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with priorities that shift hour-by-hour and we are seeking someone self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. This role will be in support of the owner and will assist with all aspects of business operations as well as personal tasks.Responsibilities:• Coordinate scheduling and calendar management• Organize and respond to emails and texts on the executives accounts• Manage the flow of information to the executive as well as clients and project managers• Build and maintain positive and professional relations with clients, vendors, and city personnel• Regular communication with clients, vendors, and city personnel via text, email, phone, and inperson• Organize presentations, reports, team meetings, and events• Provide support with personal tasks, travel arrangements, and various errands• Document and track progress and budgets of various projects• Develop and maintain tracking systems for tasks, projects, and priorities to ensure timelyexecution• On-call availability for after-hours and weekend tasksRequirements and Qualifications:• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate effectively andprofessionally with diverse clientele, vendors, and personnel• Positive and professional demeanor with a proactive, solution-oriented approach• Detail-oriented and highly organized• High-level prioritization skills; able to manage multiple concurrent demands with precision andcalm• Proficient in computer technology, able to learn new programs with minimal supervision and utilize available online resourcesBenefits:• 401(k)• Dental insurance• Health insurance• Paid time off• Mileage reimbursement• Monthly cellphone stipendSchedule:• Full-Time (40 hours per week)• In person at our East Hollywood office• Monday to Friday with availability on nights and weekendsThis position requires being comfortable with managing your time wisely and being effective as a self-starter.
