The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting Tax Partners and office staff with administrative functions, processing documents, ordering supplies, preparing mail, and additional functions as needed. This role will be based in our Boca Raton office.ResponsibilitiesHandle and coordinate active calendarsSchedule and confirm meetingsEnsure file organization based on office protocolProvide ad hoc support around office as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred2+ years of administrative experience within a professional services environmentStrong interpersonal, customer service and communication skillsTech savvy and able to navigate different software and tools.Tax processing experience is a huge plus.
