Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.Key Responsibilities:Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives.Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced PL/SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.Utilize Python scripting for automation, data cleaning, and advanced statistical analysis.Craft comprehensive data reports and visualizations to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.Collaborate cross-functionally with remote teams to define data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources and systems.Document processes and methodologies with meticulous attention to detail.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.Proficient in Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting tasks.Expert-level skills in PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Professional certifications in data analytics or related disciplines.Background in supporting cross-functional teams and driving data-informed decisions.
