You’ll work alongside architects, builders, and consultants from early concept through construction documents and obtain exposure to jobsite coordination and real-world problem solving. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for an Architectural Designer / BIM Manager located in Fort Worth, TX area (Mansfield). The primary responsibilities of the role include creating and reviewing architectural designs, developing construction drawings, coordinating BIM models, We are seeking an Architectural Designer with a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch), 1–3 years of experience, and who is actively pursuing the ARE. The ideal candidate has strong intuitive design skills, is eager to learn the construction process, and wants to grow within a true design build environment spending time both in the office and out in the field. Proficiency in Revit, D5 or other rendering software, Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp is preferred. There is opportunity to visit sites / work on site as needed. Responsibilities include:Assisting with design from concept through construction documents (plans, elevations, sections, details).Producing accurate BIM/CAD drawings and 3D models (Revit preferred; AutoCAD/SketchUp a plus).Preparing presentations, renderings, and diagrams for client and council/board meetings.Coordinating drawings with civil, structural, and MEP consultants and incorporating their markups.Researching codes, zoning, and ADA requirements and applying them to project layouts.Supporting construction administration with site visits and coordination, and field observation notesLicensure or progress toward licensure is a plus
