Architectural Designer

Architectural Designer – Contract to Hire Location: Fort Worth, TX Our client is seeking an Architectural Designer for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of building projects while working alongside multidisciplinary design teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The Architectural Designer will support the planning, design, and development of building projects utilizing primarily Revit and related design technologies. This role is ideal for a motivated design professional looking to expand technical expertise and grow within a dynamic architectural and engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Design and develop architectural concepts for a variety of building types Prepare project layouts, plans, and design documentation using Revit Coordinate and integrate architectural elements with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering disciplines Support conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases of projects Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, renderings, and design studies Participate in design coordination meetings and collaborate with internal project teams Assist with preparation of construction documents and specification packages Support project managers and senior architects with design development and project execution Coordinate activities of drafting and design support personnel as needed Ensure design deliverables meet project schedules and quality standards Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required Minimum of 2 years of related architectural design experience Candidate should be actively pursuing or eligible for the Intern Development Program (IDP) Basic proficiency with Revit required Working knowledge of Bluebeam, rendering software, publishing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to coordinate effectively with architectural and engineering team members Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently when provided with project direction and objectives Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities Additional Requirements Candidate may be required to travel and operate rental vehicles for project-related activities Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required Aspen Technical StaffingCELEBRATING 25 YEARS          ~2001-2026~We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
