Your skills in data management and reporting will be instrumental in advancing our mission to enhance the quality of care.In this role, you'll handle various electronic systems to collect and analyze data, assist in tracking performance indicators, and support our Quality Management Department in its reporting efforts.This position offers...• Employee Assistance Program - 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost• Mileage Reimbursement - Company paid for work functions requiring travel• Employee Discounts - Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition• Workplace Culture - An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce• Additional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn moreKey Responsibilities:• Enter and retrieve data within various electronic systems for report creation and completion.• Understand and adhere to regulatory, contractual, certification, licensing, and accreditation standards to ensure timely report fulfillment.• Track, monitor, and report on Brightli key performance indicators and clinical outcomes, sharing findings with necessary stakeholders.• Organize resources, establish priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.• Review and analyze data for accuracy and trends using Electronic Health Record systems and other databases.• Prepare data summaries and visual presentations for internal and external stakeholders.• Support the Quality Performance Team Lead with administrative tasks as needed.Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
