Construction Project Manager with Multifamily Experience

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from pre-construction through closeout. It is ideal for someone who takes ownership of outcomes, exercises strong independent judgment, and is motivated to guide complex projects across multifamily, mixed-use, and residential work. We’re looking for a project leader who values collaboration, accountability, and thoughtful execution.If you’re excited by guiding projects from concept to completion and motivated by solving problems in service of people and place, we’d love to meet you.What you’ll be doing:Planning and executing construction projects from initiation through closeoutDeveloping and managing project schedules, budgets, and cost forecastsCoordinating subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teamsReviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and constructabilityMonitoring progress and proactively resolving risks, issues, and change ordersEnsuring compliance with OSHA standards, Wisconsin codes, and company policiesConducting site visits and leading project coordination meetingsMaintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and project recordsCommunicating timelines, milestones, and risks to stakeholdersManaging punch lists, final inspections, and turnover documentationWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of progressively responsible project management experienceExperience in commercial, residential, or multifamily constructionStrong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost controlAbility to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Project and related project management tools preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to exercise independent judgment on matters of significanceWhy Threshold?Building projects that are human-centered, durable, and thoughtfully craftedWorking in a culture rooted in curiosity, accountability, and kindnessContributing to work that positively impacts people, place, and communityIf you’re looking for a role where you can grow, collaborate, and create meaningful work, we’d love to connect.
